American beauty queen turned politician Sarah Palin has hired a speechwriter and this Obamessiah cult follower along with the people in the thread are going crazy about it, as if she has dome something terrible like refusing to reval her birth certificate. Strange that supporters of a politician who can barely speeak without an autocue are so upset that one of his opponents is doing something every leading politician since Reagan and Thatcher has done.

Bugger me, can you imagine how mad they will go when she gets an autocue. Obamessiah worshippers don't seem to think it significant their man can bareley speak a human language without his autocue but woe betide anyone else who even uses notes.

The more I observe the whole Obama circus, the more it comes to resemble The Church of Scientology.

C'mon , this is a comparison too far - he is after all a politician and one with many more positive attributes than most we have had the pleasure of experiencing either close up or remotely over the last few decades

  He's a child of privilege and an elitist. And when it comes to telling lies he makes even Blair look like an amateur. What really scares me about him is we don't know who he is actually working for.

and this will change an opinion of the man himself how.....? - I'm sure you also have followers who gang up on anyone that may disagree with you, but that doesn't make you a bad person now does it....?

Doesn't exactly disqualify him in my mind from being a decent President - have you read "Audacity of Hope "? - it is not a page turner (and has an awful title )but what it is full of is actual thought and contemplation on policy which does not make for a thrilling book but is exactly what I want to read from someone with responsibility for leadership

You know what the biggest conspiracy of all may well be ?? - there is no conspiracy - just dwell on that for a moment

If he improves healthcare provision in the USA he will have achieved something more positive than most presidents since FDR and if he can shape US foreign policy to be less agressive and bullying it will be a better world for non-Amercians
